Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

Deletion Request Rights

Subject to certain limitations, you have the right to ask us to remove any of your personal information that we have acquired and kept about you. Unless an exception applies, we will remove (and instruct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records once we receive and validate your genuine consumer request.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
  • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
  • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information's deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research's achievement if you previously provided informed consent.
  • Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
  • provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative;

If we cannot validate your identity or authority to make the request and ensure the Personal Information corresponds to you, we will not be able to reply to your request or supply you with Personal Information. To confirm the requestor's identity or right to make the request, we shall only use the Personal Information contained in a verifiable consumer request.

Response Timing and Format

Within forty-five (45) days after receiving a valid customer request, we make an effort to respond. If we need longer time (up to 90 days), we will write to let you know why and for how long.

We will deliver our written response to that account if you have one with us. If you don't already have an account with us, you can choose whether to get our written response via mail or electronic delivery.

Any disclosures we make will only be for the twelve months prior to the consumer's verifiable request being received. If appropriate, we will additionally explain in our response why we are unable to fulfill a request. For requests for data portability, we will choose a format to deliver your Personal Information that is simple to use and should enable unhindered transmission of the data from one entity to another.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Our Company does not sell your Personal Information to third parties.


We do not provide any guarantee or warranty by us that your information will not be accessed or compromised by third parties, or that your information will be transmitted without unauthorized interception or modification, we will use all available security te chnologies to prevent unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of your personally-identifying information. We may permanently delete or destroy any and all information at any time as determined by us.


Please be aware that our company's privacy policy is subject to modifications from time to time.

Additionally, it should be noted that our organization has no right to and will never limit your ability to have your Personal Information protected.
