Clients are responsible for verifying all ticket terms and amenities directly with the airline before travel.
- Passenger Name Corrections and Transferability: All tickets issued through Flyer Club, Inc. are strictly non-transferable under any circumstances. No changes, corrections, or substitutions to the passenger name are allowed after ticket issuance. Any unauthorized name change attempt may result in automatic ticket cancellation by the airline without refund, credit, or compensation. Flyer Club, Inc. cannot facilitate, request, or guarantee any name corrections regardless of circumstances.
- No-Show Policy and Complete Forfeiture: Failure to appear for any scheduled flight without providing written notice to Flyer Club, Inc. in advance constitutes a no-show. In such cases, the entire value of the ticket will be forfeited immediately and permanently. No refunds, credits, residual value, or future travel credits will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all segments of multi-city itineraries.

Passengers must verify all documentation requirements independently.
- Self-Transfer and Segment Responsibility: Certain itineraries offered by Flyer Club, Inc. may consist of separately ticketed legs, including self-transfer segments that require passengers to retrieve and re-check baggage and/or change terminals or airports. These configurations are chosen to provide access to lower fares. Clients are fully responsible for managing their self-transfer connections. Missed flights, connection failures, baggage issues, or any problems resulting from self-transfer itineraries are the sole responsibility of the traveler and are not covered by Flyer Club, Inc. under any circumstances.
- Sensitive Fare Handling and Airline Contact Limitation: Some tickets sold through Flyer Club, Inc. are issued under sensitive fare structures. Clients are strongly advised and required not to contact the airline directly to make changes, cancellations, or inquiries. Doing so may compromise the fare and result in cancellation, invalidation, or the permanent loss of ticket value. If the client modifies the reservation directly or contacts the airline without Flyer Club’s involvement, Flyer Club, Inc. is no longer responsible for the ticket in any capacity, including refunds, credits, or ongoing support. Residual Value Forfeiture: If a new fare is lower than the original fare paid, the remaining value is permanently forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or applied to future travel under any circumstances. This forfeiture is immediate and non-negotiable.
Ticket Validity and Expiration: All tickets must be used as scheduled and within their validity period. Unused tickets may expire without notice and without any obligation from Flyer Club, Inc. to provide notification. In select cases, a credit may be issued by the airline or supplier, but this is not guaranteed and is solely at the discretion of the service provider. Flyer Club, Inc. cannot extend, reinstate, or revive expired ticket value under any circumstances.
Cancellation for Credit Limitations: In limited cases, tickets may be cancelled in exchange for future credit. This option is subject to airline and supplier approval, expiration rules (typically 6 to 12 months from original issuance date), and applicable fees. Flyer Club, Inc. cannot guarantee credit eligibility or intervene in supplier decisions. Once cancellation for credit is approved, the passenger is bound by the airline or supplier’s restrictions and timelines without exception.
Finality of Fare Rules Upon Issuance: ALL fare rules and post-issuance conditions become binding and non-negotiable upon ticket issuance. All determinations by airlines and suppliers are final and non-negotiable under any circumstances.
5. Cancellation and modification policies

Most flight bookings are non-refundable and subject to substantial cancellation fees plus any applicable airline penalties, which may equal or exceed the original ticket price. In many cases, the total penalties may result in no refund being available to the client.

Most airlines do not permit passenger name changes or corrections after ticket issuance. Route changes (origin or destination modifications) are typically not permitted and may require complete rebooking with full forfeiture of original ticket value.
5.3 Hotel Modification Policies
Hotel reservation modifications are subject to Hotel Partner approval and availability. Modifications may incur fees and rate differences. Some rate types do not permit any modifications after booking confirmation.
Room type changes, date modifications, and guest changes are handled according to individual Hotel Partner policies and cannot be guaranteed by Flyer Club, Inc.
5.4 Luxury Service Modification Policies
Modifications to villa rentals, private jet charters, ground transportation, entertainment bookings, and lifestyle services are subject to individual Service Provider policies and may incur substantial fees or complete forfeiture of booking value.
Due to the exclusive nature of luxury services, modifications are often not permitted, and cancellations typically result in significant penalties.
5.5 Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances

Flyer-Club, Inc. (“Flyer-Club”) offers optional Travel Protection and Flexible Ticket Upgrade programs providing limited, discretionary assistance in specific, verified travel-disruption scenarios.
These programs are not insurance, create no right to reimbursement, and are administered solely at Flyer-Club’s discretion.
All benefits are offered as available and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
23.2 Nature of Benefits
Both programs enhance flexibility and convenience but do not transfer financial risk to Flyer-Club.
Each benefit represents a good-faith facilitation service, not a contractual entitlement.
Flyer-Club retains exclusive authority to determine eligibility, required documentation, and the amount or form of goodwill assistance, if any.
23.3 Travel Protection Plan Benefits
Missed Connection Coverage
- Rebooking assistance applies only when a missed connection results directly from an airline-initiated delay or cancellation.
- Missed flights caused by client lateness, traffic, or failure to meet airline check-in or boarding deadlines are explicitly excluded.
- All resulting costs, fare differences, or penalties remain entirely the client’s responsibility.
Flight Delay Protection
Flyer-Club provides facilitative assistance when a verified delay or disruption is caused by the airline. This service helps minimize inconvenience but does not guarantee reimbursement or compensation.
Scope of Assistance
- Contacting airlines or suppliers to request waivers of penalties or change fees.
- Facilitating rebooking on the next available flight in the same or comparable cabin.
- Requesting goodwill credits, travel vouchers, or partial refunds.
- Coordinating communication between the client and airline to expedite resolution.
Financial Disclaimer
- Flyer-Club bears no financial liability for delays, cancellations, or related costs (including lodging, transfers, or missed events).
- Credits or refunds are solely at the airline’s discretion; Flyer-Club will not reimburse or compensate clients directly.
Client vs. Airline Fault
- If the airline is responsible, Flyer-Club will make reasonable efforts to obtain the most favorable outcome without guarantee.
- If the client is responsible (e.g., late arrival, invalid documentation), Flyer-Club may still assist, but all costs remain the client’s responsibility.
Flyer-Club assists clients affected by airline delays by seeking possible credits, waivers, or rebookings. Flyer-Club is not financially responsible for any expense and acts solely as a facilitator.

- Following up with baggage-service teams.

Priority Upgrade Access
Flyer-Club may assist clients in pursuing upgrades offered by airlines, including:
- Economy → Business Class;
- Business → First Class.
This service is subject to airline availability and pricing. Flyer-Club’s role is limited to facilitation; final approval depends solely on airline policy and upgrade inventory. All related costs are determined and charged by the airline.
Flyer-Club assists clients in exploring upgrade options, but availability, pricing, and approval depend entirely on the airline. No upgrade is guaranteed.

Scope of Assistance

- Communicating with the airline and updating the client on status.
Flyer-Club cannot guarantee that a refund will be issued or approved; outcomes depend entirely on airline policies. Flyer-Club does not reimburse clients directly.
Flyer-Club facilitates refunds for airline-caused cancellations or changes but provides no guarantee and bears no financial responsibility.

26. Authorization, Fare Verification & Issuance Policy
At Flyer Club, Inc., our goal is to secure the best available premium fares while ensuring complete transparency throughout the booking process. Because discounted business-class inventory changes rapidly, we use an authorization-first, confirmation-second process to protect you from unexpected price or availability changes.
Why You Are Not Charged Immediately
When you submit your booking authorization, your card is not charged at that moment.
This authorization allows us to:
- verify that your selected fare is still available,
- confirm that pricing has not changed,
- check that the airline still has inventory in the required fare class,
- ensure the displayed itinerary can still be issued,
This volatility is exactly why we verify everything before processing any payment.
Why Pricing and Availability Change Frequently
Discounted international business-class fares are extremely dynamic. Airlines update inventory constantly based on demand, internal pricing systems, and contract-based fare buckets.
Because of this, discounted fares may:
- sell out quickly,
- change price multiple times per day,
- be temporarily held and then recalled,
- differ from what appears online at any given moment.
This volatility is exactly why we verify everything before processing any payment.en inventory shifts.
If Your Original Flight Cannot Be Confirmed
If the exact flight, price, date, or routing you selected is no longer available, we do not charge your card.
Instead, we will:
- search for similar discounted options,
- locate alternative flights with comparable pricing,
- match the same or similar routing whenever possible,
- provide you with the closest equivalent itinerary.
Flyer Club, Inc. works with a wide range of exclusive contracted fares, enabling us to find strong alternatives when inventory shifts.
You will always be able to review and approve any alternative before anything is ticketed.
Your Approval Is Required Before Any Payment
Your card is only charged after:
1. we verify the final confirmed fare,
2. you approve the itinerary verbally or in writing.
Once approved, the ticket is issued and the payment is processed according to airline fare rules.ry shifts.
After You Approve the Final Itinerary
Once you give your approval, the fare becomes:
- we confirmed,
- ticketed,
- charged to your card,
- subject to airline terms and conditions.
At this stage, the booking becomes an official purchase.
Summary
This process is designed to protect you from:
- sudden airline price increases
- iinventory fluctuations
- unavailable fares
- unintended charges.
It also ensures that you receive the best available fare that can be confirmed and ticketed at the time of issuance.
Flyer Club, Inc. remains committed to offering a safe, transparent, and premium booking experience for all travelers.
